Jeff Jorgenson

Owner / Project Manager

Jeff has over 30 years of construction experience in remodeling, new residential construction and commercial construction. He has hands on experience doing it all with a level of quality that is uncommon in the industry.

From 1991-1997, Jeff served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee in the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion III. He constructed several projects around the world from a suspension bridge in Edzell, Scotland to the American War Memorial in Saipan. Along with those and many other projects he also attended several construction classes throughout his military and civilian career.

In 1999, Jeff received his residential builder’s license in the state of Minnesota and from 1997-2002 he was a member of the Carpenters Union while completing carpenter apprenticeship training as well.

In 2003, he started Jorgenson Homes Inc. and has been building it to what it is today. Jeff gives each and every client personal attention, listening to what they want and guiding them towards a finished, quality home. He is also a certified property inspector with many different certifications from inspections to radon testing.

Jeff has a great team behind him from experienced drafters, exceptional carpenters and great office staff to manage any size project!

Patti Jorgenson

Office Manager / Construction Sales Representative

Patti grew up in sunny California and moved to Minnesota in 1996. She spent many years doing daycare and raising her three children before becoming a licensed realtor for Edina Realty in 2009. She then began working for Realty Group in 2019 all the while working for Jorgenson Homes since it was founded in 2003.

Patti is an integral part of our office. She handles all of the billing, receptionist duties, and works with clients to purchase and sell new and existing homes. She also works with each client throughout the entire process of custom construction here at Jorgenson Homes. Patti has a passion for educating clients about the process of building a new home and the construction industry.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and relaxing at the lake.

Ike Iacono

Construction Manager

Ike has a wide variety of experience in construction and customer service. He has a Commercial Art and Design Degree as well as a Sales and Marketing Degree from North Hennepin Community College. Early in his career he was a sales representative for Harmon Glass and Glazing. He then decided to transfer to real estate sales, learning the process from the initial client meeting, gathering estimates and creating schedules. After his time in real estate, he co-owned a company working with other subcontractors to build custom homes. Ike was involved in every step of that process from the initial client meeting to designing the floor plans and was even the lead carpenter on each job site to ensure the highest quality and consistency throughout the projects.

Here at Jorgenson Homes, Ike is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of each of our projects as well as communicating with all of our subcontractors to ensure the projects are moving along as planned. We are incredibly fortunate to have such an experienced construction manager on our team!

Allie Laurent

Design Manager

Allie grew up across the border in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, home of Leinenkugel's Brewery. She spent much of her childhood designing and drawing homes in notebooks. She earned her Associates Degree in Design and Drafting from Dunwoody College of Technology in 2015. Upon graduating she devoted nearly 5 years to Aulik Design Group, delving into detailed residential design and learning about building science and best construction practices.

Her experience in design and drafting and her attention to detail are valuable assets here at Jorgenson Homes. She works with clients from the initial meeting, through design development, and then creates the detailed construction documents our subcontractors use to build your dream home.

Allie loves spending time outdoors and doing house projects with her husband. She also enjoys woodworking, camping, cooking and a good book.
