Jeff Jorgenson

owner / project manager

Jeff has over 25 years of construction experience in remodeling, to new homes, to commercial construction. Jeff has hands on experience doing it all with a level of quality that is uncommon in the industry.

From 1991-1997, he served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee in the naval mobile construction battalion three. He constructed several projects around the world from a suspension bridge in Edzell, Scotland, to the american war memorial in Saipan, and many projects in between with several construction classes through out his military and civilian career.

In 1999, Jeff received his residential builder’s license in the state of Minnesota while working on several commercial projects. During this time, from 1997-2002, he was a member of the carpenters union and completed carpenter apprenticeship training as well.

From 2003 till present, jeff has been building Jorgenson Homes Inc. To what it is today, giving his customers personal attention, and quality projects. Jeff is also a certified property inspector with many different certifications from inspections to radon testing.

Jeff has a great team behind him from experienced drafters, exceptional carpenters, and great office staff to manage any size project.

Patti Jorgenson

office manager / construction sales representative

Patti maintains multiple tasks inside and outside the office including working with clients purchasing and selling new homes. She also accounts payable and receivables along with receptionist responsibilities. Patti grew up in California and moved to Minnesota in 1996. She became a licensed realtor in 2009 and is currently working with Edina realty.

Ike Iacono

construction manager

Ike has a wide variety of experience in construction and customer service industry. Ike has a Commercial Art and Design Degree, as well as a Sales and Marketing Degree from NHCC. He started out as a sales representative for Harmon Glass and Glazing. He then decided to transfer to real estate sales, learning how the process was completed from the initial client meeting, gathering estimates, and creating schedules. After that he co-owned a company working with other subcontractors to build custom homes. He was involved in every step of the process, from the first initial client meeting, to designing the floor plans, and was even the lead carpenter on site to ensure the highest quality consistency throughout the project. He also has over 10 years of experience being a construction manager, doing everything from estimate, contracts, warranty management, and scopes of work for all the different trades. His role as Construction Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all our job sites, as well as communication with all our sub-contractors, to ensure the projects are moving along as planned. We are fortunate to have him as part of our team.
